Robinson Armament Co. is a U.S. manufacturer of high-quality firearms that specializes in modular and versatile rifle platforms. Founded in the 1990s by Alex Robinson, the company is known for innovation and advanced firearms technology designed to meet the needs of the military, law enforcement, and civilians.
One of the company’s best-known firearms is the XCR (Xchangeable Caliber Rifle), an extremely adaptable assault rifle with a modular design. The XCR is designed to be quickly converted between different calibers and uses a gas-operated bolt system that enhances its reliability in a wide variety of operational conditions. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the XCR combines high accuracy, ergonomic handling, and a rugged construction that withstands the most demanding operations.
Robinson Armament’s philosophy centers on practicality and user-friendliness. The company emphasizes innovative designs and solutions that address existing weaknesses in standard platforms, such as the AR-15. The manufacturer has developed its models to withstand heavy use and function reliably in extreme situations.
Robinson Armament is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and production takes place largely in the United States. Over the years, the company has built a reputation for producing premium firearms that meet—and often exceed—the latest standards in firearms technology.
