Izhmash

The Kalashnikov Group (Izhmash) is a Russian defense contractor named after the Kalashnikov rifle. The group was formed in 2013 through the merger of two financially struggling weapons manufacturers, Izhmash and Izhmech. According to its own statements, it produces approximately 95% of Russia’s small arms.
