The DPM Carbine Buffer Captured System is a direct replacement for the factory buffer and requires no modifications.

Recoil reduction is achieved through the patented multi-spring and counterweight system.

The system reduces recoil by gradually decelerating the bolt carrier before it stops at the bottom of the buffer tube.

Additional spring force prevents hard impacts on the frame compared to the OEM buffer.
