Introduced by B&T in 2001, the TP9 meets the requirements of military and law enforcement agencies around the world that need a subcompact, shoulder-fired 9-mm support weapon.

It is a lightweight, compact, ambidextrous, and easy-to-handle firearm that fires the readily available standard 9-mm cartridge. Eighty percent of the entire firearm is made of polymers. This is why the total weight is only an astonishing 1.4 kg. In fact, three full 30-round magazines weigh more than the entire firearm.

The firearm also features a holster carrying system for carrying on the thigh or at the belt. This allows the user to utilize other equipment such as ballistic shields, entry tools, dogs, or medical supplies.
