The Beretta APX A1 is the evolution of the “striker” pistols from Beretta, the firearms manufacturer with the world’s longest tradition. The APX A1 builds on the legacy of the original APX platform, which successfully passed all tests for the U.S. Army’s Modular Handgun System (MHS).

The new version features a class-leading “clean” trigger, improved ergonomics, a particularly slip-resistant and secure grip design with checkering, and a slide-integrated mounting option for mini red-dot sights.

The trigger, so responsive that it leads its class, features a light pre-travel, a crisp trigger release, and a short recovery time to ensure an immediate response to the next target.

The slide, which is pre-machined to accommodate mini red dot sights (RDO), allows for easy mounting of a wide range of optics for training or tactical shooting, ensuring rapid target acquisition when it matters most.

The aggressive knurling on the slide allows the slide to be operated and controlled even under extreme conditions. The Aquatech Shield coating improves resistance to corrosion and chemicals, while the black, knurled rear sight and front sight provide perfect visibility in all lighting conditions.

The ambidextrous controls can be configured for right- or left-handed users: both the slide release and the magazine release can be easily adjusted to suit the user’s needs. The ambidextrous controls are positioned exactly where the fingers apply the most pressure, ensuring the best possible grip every time.

The APX A1 features improved ergonomics, including a higher trigger guard, an improved grip panel, and modular grip backs to adjust the distance to the trigger and ensure optimal palm fit, depending on hand size.
