The Tisas 9 mm is now also available in a double-stack version. The new DS models are based on a forged slide, frame, and barrel, all manufactured with the highest precision. They combine the classic characteristics of the 1911 platform with modern performance features and embody the quality and excellent value for money for which Tisas is known.

The polymer grip module of the Tisas 1911 DS features 25-LPI checkering on the front and back, complemented by an ergonomically shaped design. The spacious, removable magazine well is made of aluminum.

This modern 1911 in 9x19 mm caliber is designed as a full-size pistol with a double-stack magazine holding 17 rounds. The barrel length is 5.5" (136 mm). Features include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a grip safety. A modern single-slot accessory rail allows for the attachment of a light or other accessories.

The slide and barrel are made of drop-forged steel, while the large magazine well is made of aluminum. The barrel and magazine well are finished in black, while the slide and grip module are finished in platinum gray.

The pistol is equipped with a bull barrel, an Optics-Ready interface with an RMR footprint adapter plate—including co-witness sights—and standard tritium sights (HIVIZ).

Included in the package are a gun case, the manual, two 17-round stainless steel magazines (Check-Mate), three different trigger assemblies, and one bottle each of Fluna Gun Coating (10 ml) and Fluna Gun Degreaser.

A firearm acquisition permit is required to purchase this weapon.
