LMT Defense - MLC MARS-L MID NOTCH GEN2 SWISS 556NATO 12" PISTON

This firearm is equipped with the patented LMT Monolithic Rail Platform (MRP). It is the only true monolithic rail platform, milled from a single solid piece of aerospace-grade aluminum billet. It uses two locking pins, accessible from the side of the receiver, to lock the barrel extension in place. This patented technology locks the barrel extension in place a full 360 degrees, allowing the barrel to be removed in seconds, with the same barrel able to be re-zeroed. A single receiver can accommodate numerous barrels of varying lengths, materials, and calibers.

The MLC upper receiver features 14.5? of continuous 1913 Picatinny rail at the 12 o’clock position. The remaining 7 sides offer M-LOK-compatible mounting points.

Monolithic Rail Platform (MLC) barrels use a standard/suppressed gas block option with a removable piston rod and spring. They feature a special coating and are cryogenically treated to ensure a long service life.

The ambidextrous MARS-L lower receiver features our EDM-milled two-stage trigger, a winter trigger guard, an end plate with a QD pivot, an ergonomic, textured LMT grip, and a SOPMOD stock. Ambidextrous functions include the bolt catch and release, magazine safety, and safety switch. As with all LMT lower receivers, the extension tube is coated with a dry lubricant.

A cantonal exemption permit (ABG) is required to purchase this firearm.
