At its heart is the rare 14.5" SOCOM Heavy Barrel, which features a reinforced barrel profile compared to the standard M4 and was developed for maximum durability and consistent accuracy.

Equipped with the proven Daniel Defense RIS II Quad Rail handguard , this rifle combines maximum stability with the classic Block II aesthetic that has been in use by U.S. special operations forces for years. For even greater ergonomics and modern usability, the rifle has also been fitted with a Daniel Defense RIII lower receiver .
