Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 Rattlecan

The DDM4 V7 AR15 firearm features M-LOK attachment technology with the Daniel Defense MFR 15.0 rail. Based on a cold-forged 16-inch barrel, the V7 is equipped with an improved DD Flash Suppressor to reduce muzzle flash. The mid-length gas system ensures a smooth and reliable cycle under all conditions and reduces both perceived recoil and wear on moving parts. With M-LOK mounting points spanning 7 positions and a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail on top, the V7 offers ample space for sights, scopes, and accessories as needed by the user. The ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP loading handle is suitable for both left- and right-handed shooters. This rifle also comes equipped with the ergonomic Daniel Defense stock and pistol grip.

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION

LOWER RECEIVER: Mil-Spec with an extended, flared magazine well and a QD swivel mounting point on the rear receiver. CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, Type III hard-anodized.

UPPER RECEIVER: Mil-Spec with index marks and M4 feed ramps. CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, Type III hard-anodized.

BARREL: Chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel, cold-hammered, 1:7 twist, 16" Government profile, medium-length gas system, chrome-plated, Mil-Spec heavy phosphate-coated, and HP/MPI tested.

GAS SYSTEM: Welded-on low-profile gas block, CNC-machined from hardened 4140 steel and Mil-Spec heavy phosphate-coated, medium-length, direct impingement.

MOUTHPIECE: Daniel Defense flash suppressor, 17-4 PH stainless steel, nitriding finish.

BOLT ASSEMBLY: M16 profile, Mil-Spec MP tested, chrome-plated, properly pinned gas key.

BUFFER: H buffer

HANDGUARD: Daniel Defense MFR 15.0, CNC-milled from 6061-T6 aluminum, M-LOK mounting, Type III hard-anodized.

ARM: GRIP-N-RIP arm, body CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, grips & locking mechanism CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, heavy-duty stainless steel roller pins, Type III hard-anodized.

RECEIVER EXTENSION: 6-position Mil-Spec 7075-T6 aluminum.

STOCK: Daniel Defense stock, glass-filled polymer with soft-touch coating.

PISTOL GRIP: Daniel Defense pistol grip, glass-filled polymer with soft-touch coating.
