B&T APC223 PRO PDW

Designed to meet the future needs of police and military forces worldwide, the APC556—shown here in its PDW version with a very short barrel—is a lightweight and sturdy assault rifle. Thanks to its telescoping stock and short barrel, the weapon is extremely compact, making it ideal for transport in police vehicles as well as for use as a PDW in military operations. This extremely maneuverable weapon is also an excellent choice for all types of special forces.

B&T analyzed the requirements of police forces worldwide and, based on this, developed a completely new police carbine in 5.56 x 45 mm (.223 Rem) caliber. The B&T APC223 PRO PDW represents a true advancement in the field of police carbines. In doing so, the B&T development team incorporated the latest materials and production techniques.

The B&T APC223 PRO PDW is robust and durable, ensuring a long service life even in times of tight public budgets. Special attention was paid during the design process to the fact that such a weapon is not assigned to a specific officer but is passed from shift to shift. The weapon must therefore be quickly and easily adaptable to any officer to ensure fast and accurate shots during operations.
