NORMA was founded in Oslo in 1895 and, along with the RWS, ROTTWEIL, and GECO brands, is now part of the Ammotec Group. Until the early 1950s, NORMA primarily manufactured military and precision ammunition. Today, NORMA is known worldwide as a manufacturer of high-precision rifle ammunition for hunting and sports.
