Featuring advanced functions and improved ergonomics, the Hunter Lite Stock—Savage AXIS Short Action—is compatible with both right- and left-handed rifles by simply swapping out an insert in the stock. The aluminum V-bed block features reinforced steel pillars that prevent compression and deformation during firing. The stock and forend are equipped with integrated sling swivel mounts that can be used with various slings and bipods. The stock features removable half-inch spacers for adjusting the length-of-stock (LOP) and slip-on cheek rests with adjustable comb height.

An enlarged trigger guard allows for comfortable use while wearing gloves and provides access to the ambidextrous magazine release. The integrated magazine well is equipped with embossed steel guide tabs to ensure the magazine is always correctly positioned during use. The forend features multiple M-LOK® slots for attaching M-LOK accessories of your choice and is compatible with barrel profiles up to Medium Palma.
