DT-PR™ Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec

The DT-PR stock is the Precision Rifle (PR) variant of Karabiner’s new Dual-Tension (DT) series of stocks. It incorporates Magpul’s proprietary, patent-pending DT adjustment system, which reduces play between the buffer tube and the stock, ensuring a tighter fit along the entire length of the stock. It also minimizes snagging of facial hair and skin at the contact points between the face and the stock.

The DT-PR features a contoured stock buttplate that provides a better grip on the shoulder and minimizes contact with the collarbone. This allows the shooter to use various scopes comfortably, whether with the head held upright or lowered. The extended lower section of the stock provides an exceptionally stable support surface for squeeze bags, enabling more precise shots from the prone position, while remaining fully usable as a tactical platform on the move.

The DT-PR features a reversible, rotation-limited QD loop for attaching a sling. It is also compatible with Magpul’s older CTR cheek rests when the stock is fully extended or on rifles without a rear-facing cocking lever. These cheek rests offer adjustable comb height to improve target acquisition and field of view.

For significantly less than other precision stocks, the DT-PR offers an incredibly stable platform combined with better control.
