The new (United States Patent 9,709,358) BCM® Direct Mount Picatinny 1913 interface system was designed to be the most stable, lightweight, and cost-effective system for vertical pistol grips and hand stop accessories.

Most of the industry relies on a single screw and locknut for mounting systems. BCM has developed a patent-pending anchoring system that not only secures to the mounting surface but also distributes energy and force across the entire accessory. Conventional mounting systems can lead to increased slippage and flexing of the accessory. The BCM Direct Mount Interface System reduces these issues and provides a more secure lock that eliminates play in the mounting surface.
