Regulatory Status:

The BWC on its own, without a built-in firearm, does not require a permit, as it is merely a chassis system and is therefore a permitted firearm accessory.

The BWC with a mounted SIG P320 falls under Art. 5, Par. 1, Letter e of the Weapons Act (WG) and therefore requires a special permit, as it is not clearly recognizable as a firearm when folded.
