DDM4®V7®S Upper Receiver Group

The DDM4 V7S AR-15-style upper receiver group is equipped with the MFR 10.0 M-LOK rail and is based on a free-floating, cold-hammered 11.5-inch barrel. The V7S offers optimal maneuverability, reliability, accuracy, and terminal ballistics when using a wide range of ammunition.

The carbine-length gas system ensures smooth and reliable cycling even under demanding conditions and reduces perceived recoil. With M-LOK mounting points in 7 positions and a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail on top, the V7S provides ample space for sights, scopes, and accessories. The combination of an 11.5-inch barrel and the MFR rail also ensures compatibility with a wide variety of muzzle devices and suppressors. The ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle is suitable for both left- and right-handed shooters. All Daniel Defense upper receiver groups come standard with an M16 bolt carrier group profile.

Upper Receiver: Mil-Spec with indexing marks and M4 feed ramps, CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, Type III hard-anodized.

Barrel: Chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel, cold-hammered, 1:7 twist, 11.5" Government profile, carbine-length gas system, chrome-lined, Mil-Spec heavy phosphate finish, and HP/MPI tested.

Gas System: Pinned low-profile gas block, CNC-machined from 4140 hardened steel, carbine-length, direct impingement technology, Mil-Spec heavy phosphate finish.

Muzzle device: Daniel Defense flash suppressor, 17-4 PH stainless steel, salt bath nitrided.

Bolt Carrier Group: M16 profile, Mil-Spec MP-tested, chrome-plated, gas key correctly pinned.

Sights: Sold separately.

Handguard: Daniel Defense MFR 10.0, CNC-milled from 6061-T6 aluminum, M-LOK-compatible, Type III hard anodized.

Charging Handle: GRIP-N-RIP, CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum (body) and 6061-T6 aluminum (grips & latch), stainless steel roll pins, Type III hard-anodized.

Grip: Daniel Defense Vertical Grip, made of glass-fiber-reinforced polymer, M-LOK-compatible.
