The Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is a 5.56 mm full-mass, full-auto-rated M16/M4 bolt carrier group manufactured at Geissele’s state-of-the-art production facility in North Wales, PA. The bolt carrier features a correctly twisted and stacked, chrome-plated, nano-coated gas spring. The cam pin is made from an advanced tool steel—known as H13—that is also used in the manufacture of medical instruments, and is then coated with Nanoweapon (chromium nitride) for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. The carrier’s extended upper rails also provide significantly greater stability and substantially increase feeding reliability. The carrier is coated with Nanoweapon for maximum corrosion and wear resistance.

The Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group comes with the Geissele Stressproof Bolt. Each forged bolt is rigorously tested, pressure-tested, inspected for magnetic particles, and coated with Nanoweapon.

A cantonal exemption permit (ABK) is required to purchase this firearm.
