Geissele Super Modular Rail MK8 | 13.5" - M-LOK

The Super Modular Rail MK8 M-LOK™ is Geissele’s ultra-modular model. The SMR MK8 is one of the first rails available to utilize Magpul M-LOK technology. These rails were designed to offer users full modularity while maintaining a strong and rigid platform. Maximum ventilation in the lower 45° quadrants ensures optimal heat dissipation and also drastically reduces the rail’s overall weight. Magpul’s M-LOK technology is used at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions as well as in the upper 45° quadrants. The SMR MK8 is both versatile and modular, allowing users to customize their platform to their individual needs.

The SMR MK8 also features the 2.25"-long barrel nut developed by Geissele. This increases the surface contact at the interface between the rail and the receiver, creating a platform that is straight and precise along the entire length of the free-floating rail. This enhances accuracy and zero-point repeatability during disassembly and reassembly for maintenance.
