Acheron KWS RAIL SYSTEM SG 553 Type 0

The Acheron KWS Rail System for the SG 55x rifle family provides a stable platform for mounting accessories. Unlike standard handguards on the market, the Acheron KWS Rail System is connected to the weapon without any play. This allows for the attachment of night vision devices and laser sights without the movement of the handguard causing the point of impact to shift. As a result, the rifle can be adapted to meet modern requirements, significantly enhancing its combat effectiveness.

The dimensions of the top-mounted rail comply with the NATO standard STANAG 4694 and, consequently, automatically with the U.S. standard MIL-STD-1913.

The M-LOK system ensures the secure mounting of additional accessories such as flashlights or foregrips. Increased airflow improves heat dissipation, thereby keeping the barrel temperature lower.

Made of high-strength aluminum and hard-anodized, the handguards are ideally suited even for the toughest operations.

Compatibility

Compatible with the SG 552/553 receiver with a mounted diopter, similar to the standard Swiss Stgw 90 assault rifle. The height of the top NAR rail is flush with the following retrofittable mounting rail:
