The HB Industries 10.8" handguard for the Bren 2 MS is ideal for 11" barrel models in the 5.56×223 and 7.62×39 calibers. Our 10.8” handguards are designed to allow the barrel to truly “float” and provide the operator with more than twice the support-hand surface area and more than five times the number of M-Lok positions compared to the factory Bren 2 MS handguard. PEQ-15/DBAL IR sighting systems and peripheral switches can be easily mounted in front of the support hand thanks to a full-length, continuous 1913/Picatinny rail.

Our Gen 2 Bren 2 MS handguards feature a window on the gas block that has been carefully designed to allow the operator access to the gas system settings during use. The gas block window is covered by a removable 1913 rail plate. When the 1913 rail plate is removed, the gas block and regulator are exposed and can be completely disassembled and cleaned. This two-piece design allows access to the gas system without having to remove the handguard from the firearm.

Furthermore, the use of two countersunk screws to secure the 1913 plate ensures that sighting systems mounted on the 1913 plate retain their zero when the plate is removed and reattached after cleaning. Each handguard features an integrated QD mounting system for seamless integration of slings on either the left or right side.

Furthermore, we are proud to offer a direct-mount light variant compatible with Surefire® 300/600, StreamLight® Protac Rail, Modlite 18650 Series, and other common housings. The simple and robust mounting design replaces a single M-Lok position with a weapon-specific mounting geometry for weapon lights. This mounting solution offers the simplest, flattest, lightest, and arguably most stable integration of lighting units at no additional cost.
