The Airborne charging handle is 3D-milled from a solid block of aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum. Its ambidextrous design allows for seamless operation from either side of the rifle. The levers are double-contoured, similar to the charging handle of an M14, with radiused cuts along not only the x-axis but also the y-axis. The surface of the lever is also knurled, which makes it easier to operate while wearing gloves. The ACH’s raised rear lip helps prevent gas from blowing back toward the shooter when firing from short barrels or with suppressed weapons. The ACH’s flat lever design reduces the risk of snagging on gear. All parts feature a Type 3 hard-coat anodized finish.
