Magpul Sling Mount Kit - Type 2

While both the Gen 1 UBR® and the STR® come pre-installed with Type 1 push-button QD sling swivel mounts on the left side of the stock, this Type 2 Sling Mount Kit can be installed on the opposite side to add additional push-button QD sling swivels or our own Magpul® QDM.

To use sling swivels on both sides of SGA®, MOE® Rifle, MOE® Fixed Carbine, MOE® AK, Zhukov-S, Hunter 700, and Hunter X-22 stocks, this TYPE 2 kit must be used in conjunction with the optional TYPE 1 kit.

The heavy-duty, black-phosphated steel construction can be easily mounted using the original UBR or STR hardware or the hardware included in the TYPE 1 kit. Swivel joints not included.
