Magpul ASAP - Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point

The ASAP (Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point) allows for a range of motion of more than 180 degrees, enabling true ambidextrous weapon handling for both left- and right-handed shooters. The ASAP replaces the standard end plate on the AR15/M4 carbine stock and provides a tactical advantage by minimizing sling snags and facilitating easy switching to the weapon and from the reaction side to the shoulder. The ASAP is compatible with single-point slings featuring carabiner hooks, such as the Magpul Paraclip™ and MS3® Sling GEN2.

Made from precision-cast steel with a QPQ ferritic nitrocarburized finish for wear and corrosion resistance, the ASAP features a durable welded connecting ring and is compatible with both Mil-Spec and Commercial-Spec carabiner receiver extensions (buffer tubes). The ASAP has been proven to withstand load tests of over 300 lbs.
