SHIELD SIGHTS SMS2 Mini Sight Two

The Shield Mini Sight 2 (SMS2) is the all-new version of our famous original mini sight. It is the first red-dot sight developed exclusively for handguns. Version 2 features a completely new design made from a stronger glass-fiber-reinforced nylon polymer and an improved lens with an optional “Hard Dip Acrylic” coating for added resistance to daily wear and tear during shooting, or a scratch-resistant, crystal-clear glass option. Its iconic design still allows shooters to aim through the standard rear sight notch, thanks to its extremely flat and unobtrusive construction. It continues Shield’s philosophy of making its users better shooters by eliminating the superfluous and providing the shooter with a single point of focus. We have no large sight housing to block the view, no tinted lenses, no switches to toggle, and no backup sights to obstruct the line of sight. We manufacture our sights as close as possible to the barrel axis—where a trained shooter naturally positions their pistol—to enable a seamless transition and a familiar yet enhanced shooting experience.
