The C1 ACD is a leveling device designed for the C1 mounting series to ensure that the weapon system is level before firing. It can be mounted on any C1 mount—left, right, front, or rear. It can be used in conjunction with other accessories or on its own on the mount using the included puck. The spirit level itself can be calibrated by the user to ensure it is properly aligned with the user’s riflescope or weapon system. The spirit level consists of a 3/4" glass vial and is filled with a ceramic BB instead of an air bubble to ensure greater accuracy and faster response across varying temperatures and pressures. The C1 ACD housing also allows the end user to attach a standard tritium spirit level (no larger than 10 mm x 3 mm; not included with or sold by Badger Ordnance) to the spirit level for use in low-light conditions.
