The AR-15/M4 Super Precision series of rifle scope mounts is optimized for use with an AR-15/M4 upper receiver. The mounting surface spans 7 Picatinny rails and utilizes 4 shear tabs. These mounts utilize Geissele’s updated version of the classic nut-and-bolt method for clamping the mount to the Picatinny rail, which is the most secure way to attach your scope to your rifle. Each nut-and-bolt combination provides a clamping force of 1,400 pounds—far greater than any lever-style mount.

Geissele Super Precision Mounts are made from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum. To create a mount with the best possible return to zero, we machine the entire mount from a single piece of billet aluminum. This allows us to add pockets and ribs throughout the mount for additional strength and rigidity. This allows us to drill the cap holes in a straight line and then connect them to the housing as standard. The in-line drilling ensures the best possible fit with your scope’s housing, so you can apply the correct torque without worrying about crushing or damaging your scope’s housing. Another advantage of machining from a single piece of aluminum is that we are able to create a mount with cap positions suitable for a wide variety of riflescopes.

These mounts will be available in Standard, Extended, and Hyper Extended lengths. All mounts are available in either black Type 3 hard-coat anodizing or our proprietary DDC (Desert Dirt Color) Type 3 hard-coat anodizing.
