The SSA-X with Lightning Bow® trigger is no longer exclusive to the Super Duty line! The SSA-X features a nano-coated wide-body trigger and a nano-coated hammer with a special chromium nitride coating that combines advancements in coating design to enable the next evolution of the venerable SSA. These coatings significantly improve wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring that the trigger remains smooth and fires cleanly even after intensive use with minimal lubrication. The SSA-X with Lightning Bow® trigger is a non-adjustable trigger that is light enough for accurate and precise shots, yet forgiving enough for dynamic close-range shooting.

The Geissele Super Semi-Automatic (SSA®) X trigger is based on the SSA, a semi-automatic version of the Super Select-Fire trigger from Geissele Automatics. The SSA is a non-adjustable trigger designed for service use; it is a two-stage precision trigger that enables accurate and precise trigger control. The SSA’s two-stage design ensures that the trigger is light enough for accurate and precise shots, yet forgiving enough for fast-paced close-quarters operations.
