Pro Chassis System, Delta 5®

The Daniel Defense Pro Chassis System offers shooters a competitive option for their existing DELTA 5 bolt-action rifle with a polymer stock. This chassis is a drop-in replacement for the DELTA 5 stainless steel action and cold hammer-forged barrel. Designed specifically for long-range competitions such as the PRS Production Class, the system offers integrated features that provide a professional solution without the high price tag of a pro chassis. With innovative features such as the adjustable thumb rest, the integral ARCA rail, and a user-customizable stock, the PRO Chassis System is sure to exceed all expectations. The Daniel Defense Pro Chassis System is designed exclusively for DELTA 5 actions. Mini chassis are not compatible with 700-pattern actions.

Materials & Construction:

Chassis: CNC-milled from 6061-T6 aluminum

Grip: Glass-fiber-reinforced polymer with a soft-touch finish

Cheek rest: Glass-fiber-reinforced polymer

Stock cap: Rubber-like polymer

Key Features:

Chassis base: Provides mechanical recessing of the action with a metal-on-metal design that minimizes weather-related changes.

Mounting: M-LOK mounting at six positions along the forend and one point on the underside of the stock.

Quick-detach points: Ten sling swivel attachment points.

Integrated ARCA Lock rail (RRS specification): Runs continuously along the entire lower rail surface.

Scalloped Cut: Allows for a lower sight mounting height, even with large objective lenses.

AR-15 grip mount: Interchangeable to accommodate user preferences with aftermarket grips.

Ergonomic thumb rest: Adjustable left/right to accommodate user preferences.

Adjustable stock: Offers length and buttplate height adjustments without requiring tools.

Adjustable cheek rest: Customizable for preferred height, yaw, and drift.

Magazine: Compatible with all AICS Short Action magazines.
