This set of MicroFit Takedown Pins includes both the front pivot pin and the rear takedown pin for a small-frame receiver set. Select your pin size. Oversized pins eliminate most, if not all, of the play in a loose receiver, while undersized pins make it easier to disassemble receivers that are too tight—such as those with excessive paint buildup after a coating.

To determine the fit accuracy of the pins for third-party receivers, you can use standard takedown pins or gauge pins. For the AR-15, Mil-Spec pins correspond approximately to a .248-gauge pin. Oversized and undersized MicroFit pins are slightly more than .001 larger or smaller.
