The brand-new DPM kit for the SIG P320 AXG LEGION is a direct replacement for the original guide rod. The longer spring (more coils) is stiffer and has greater spring force than the shorter spring. The stoppers alter the overall force of the recoil system (breech in fully open position) due to their different lengths.

Spring Forces:

Bolt in battery position (rest position):

Short spring: 7 lbs

Medium spring: 8 lbs

Long spring: 9 lbs

Total force (lock in fully open position):

Short stopper: approx. 14 lbs

Medium stopper: approx. 17 lbs

Long stopper: approx. 20 lbs
