The EHG SG9 features a built-in “Carry-Size” magazine funnel and a Picatinny rail for mounting flashlights or lasers. Additionally, the frame is equipped with a Magpul-designed magazine release that is pre-installed and reversible for left-handers. This steel magazine release is coated with QPQ to resist corrosion and wear. The contoured surface of the release lever features special knurling to ensure the shooter’s finger has a firm grip when changing magazines.

The full-size frame features a ¾-scale TSP texture that ensures a secure grip even in wet conditions. The frame is approximately 1.25 inches wide and weighs just over 4 ounces. For added safety, a sling swivel slot is integrated into the lower end of the frame’s backstrap.
