The Radian P365-XMACRO backstrap and magwell were designed together to provide users with a secure and improved grip on one of the most popular everyday-carry firearms—the Sig Sauer P365.

Improved Grip & Control: The P365-XMACRO backstrap features deep, aggressive grooves that maximize contact area and improve grip without straining the hands. The ergonomic palm rest ensures a consistent grip position, which increases control over the firearm. Optimized Reloading & Handling Characteristics: The P365-XMACRO magazine well improves hand positioning by providing an additional contact point at the bottom of the grip. Optimized feed walls ensure reliable tactical and administrative reloading while maintaining a slim profile. The low-profile design reduces “bulging” when carried concealed and minimizes snagging during draw and holstering. The magazine funnel is fully compatible with all OEM P365-XMACRO magazines and base plates/extenders.

Tool-free, secure mounting: Installation is achieved via a precision-milled dovetail joint with a spring-loaded locking pin that securely fastens both components—no screws that can come loose or break.
