HIGH-FLOW INCONEL LTX MINI HUB

The Acheron LTX Mini is a compact flow-through silencer for semi-automatic rifles and assault rifles in 5.56 mm caliber. It was developed, 3D-printed, and finished entirely in Switzerland.

Design and Function

The silencer body is made of high-quality Inconel 718 and is manufactured using 3D printing. This creates complex internal flow channels that would not be possible with conventional manufacturing methods. The propellant gases are directed specifically forward and away from the shooter. This reduces backpressure and minimizes the shooter’s exposure to hot and toxic gases.

Thanks to Inconel’s high strength, the LTX Mini achieves a weight comparable to that of titanium silencers without the typical white sparks. Muzzle flash suppression is strong and spark-free—ideal for use in low-light conditions and at night.

RF38 End Cap System

The LTX Mini features the Acheron RF38 interface with interchangeable end caps. A 9-port end cap is installed as standard. This provides a balanced ratio between sound reduction and low backpressure. Other end caps can be purchased separately and changed without tools (8-mm Allen wrench). If an end cap is struck, only the cap needs to be replaced—not the entire muffler.

HUB Compatibility

The muffler features the standardized HUB thread 1.375″-24 UNS. A HUB adapter (not included) is required for installation. The expansion chamber (x-length) is 38 mm. The adapter must not exceed this length.

A cantonal exemption permit (ABG) is required to purchase this firearm.
