Magpul PMAG Steyr AUG GEN M3 - .223 Rem.
The PMAG 30 AUG GEN M3 Window is a 30-round 5.56x45 NATO polymer magazine for Steyr® AUG / F88 / F90-compatible firearms, featuring transparent windows that allow for quick visual identification of the approximate number of rounds remaining.
Similar to the GEN M3 PMAG for the AR15/M4, the PMAG 30 AUG features a durable USGI-spec stainless steel spring, a four-way anti-tilt follower, and a consistently curved internal geometry for reliable feeding, as well as easy tool-free disassembly for convenient cleaning. In addition, the flat ribs and aggressive texturing on the front and back ensure good control in all environments, and a dot matrix has been applied to the bottom of the magazine body with a paint marker, allowing the user to easily mark it for identification. The easy-to-remove, flared GEN M3 baseplate facilitates removal and handling and is slimmer than the factory Steyr baseplates to fit better in magazine pouches.
Durable, transparent windows on both sides allow for quick determination of the approximate number of rounds remaining in the magazine. By using a highly visible indicator coil on the spring and numerical markings on the magazine body, the MagLevel™ system provides clear verification with the added advantage over transparent magazines that the round count is displayed even when the stack of rounds is obscured inside the magazine well.
