The PMAG 30 AR 300 B GEN M3 is a magazine specifically designed for rifles chambered for the 300 Blackout® (300 BLK) cartridge. Since its introduction, 300 BLK shooters have had to use a magazine designed for a different cartridge, which limited its ultimate performance and compatibility. One of the most important features of the 300 BLK is its compatibility with 5.56x45mm parts, but the magazine represents a compromise to achieve this. Due to the wide variety of bullet weights and profiles, which can compromise overall reliability, a dedicated 300 BLK magazine was a logical step for the PMAG line.

In addition to the performance gains provided by a dedicated magazine, the PMAG 30 AR 300 B also offers a safer way to feed your 300 BLK rifle. When using 5.56x45-mm magazines, there is a risk that a 300 BLK round could be loaded into a 5.56x45-mm rifle and fired with disastrous consequences. The distinctive ribbed design of the PMAG 30 AR 300 B and the smoother texture of its upper half provide the shooter with a clear visual and tactile distinction from all other PMAGs, helping to prevent dangerous cross-chambering issues.

In addition to optimized 300 Blackout performance, the PMAG 30 AR 300 B features all GEN M3 characteristics, such as our next-generation impact- and shatter-resistant polymer, an aggressive texture on the front and back, an easily removable, slim baseplate, a color-coded dot matrix for marking and identification, and a dust/impact protection cover.
