The PMAG 20 LR/SR GEN M3 Window is a lightweight, cost-effective, and extremely reliable 20-round magazine for SR25/M110-format rifles chambered for 7.62x51 NATO (.308 Winchester) ammunition. Manufactured from state-of-the-art, impact- and shatter-resistant polymer, the magazine features durable, transparent windows on both sides. These allow for a quick assessment of the number of rounds remaining via a clearly visible indicator spiral on the spring and numerical markings on the magazine. This proprietary system, known as MagLevel®, allows for a quick assessment of remaining ammunition without compromising the magazine’s durability or reliability.

As with other PMAGs, the 20 LR/SR GEN M3 Window features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel spring and a self-lubricating, anti-tilt follower. The consistent curvature of the interior ensures reliable ammunition feeding. Low-profile ribs and aggressive texturing on the front and back provide the shooter with a secure grip during magazine changes in any environment. A dot-matrix field on the bottom of the magazine allows the user to easily mark it for identification purposes.

Additional standard features include a flared base plate that facilitates magazine extraction and handling; this also improves drop protection and is slim enough to ensure better compatibility with tight dual magazine pouches. The magazine is also easy to disassemble, simplifying cleaning and maintenance as needed.

Designed specifically for SAAMI-specified ammunition, the PMAG 20 LR/SR GEN M3 Window weighs less than half as much as conventional steel magazines and has a service life roughly equivalent to that of the rifle barrel. Accessories designed for the 7.62x51 NATO PMAG series are also compatible with the PMAG 20 Window.
