Our lightweight yet incredibly sturdy PMAG D-50 GL9 is an extremely reliable 50-round drum magazine for 9x19mm Parabellum, optimized for 9mm GLOCK pistols with double-stack magazines.

The Magpul D-50 GL9 – GLOCK features many of the proven characteristics of its 5.56mm and 7.62mm predecessors, the PMAG D-60® AR/M4 and the PMAG D-50® LR/SR GEN M3®, and offers users a similarly high magazine capacity. The unique drum configuration offers a capacity of 50 rounds while keeping the magazine’s height manageable, allowing for easier storage. For easy loading, it features a ratchet-style loading lever that releases the tension on the internal spring.

To help you keep track of available ammunition, we’ve integrated a viewing window on the back of the magazine, a highly visible follower, and a capacity indicator roller.

The D-50 GL9 can be easily disassembled for cleaning and features an innovative locking mechanism that reliably locks the slide when the magazine is empty, when used with firearms designed to lock with GLOCK magazine catchers.

For GEN 1–3 GLOCK pistols, it is recommended to install a new OEM magazine release to support the magazine’s additional weight. For GEN 4 GLOCK handguns, a metal aftermarket magazine release is required. It is strongly recommended to install a new recoil spring to ensure reliable feeding. Individual variations between firearms may require an extra-strong recoil spring.

The use of this D-50 GL9 in pistol-caliber carbines (PCCs) is not recommended, as the longer feed tower may not be fully supported in most pistol-caliber magazine wells. This unsupported condition can lead to premature wear of the magazine well’s feed tower lock and (in firearms that deviate from the factory specifications for magazine wells) result in improper cartridge presentation and feeding errors.
