1911AI - Aligning Insert

Maglula 1911AI - Aligner Insert for UpLULA and 22UpLULA Pistol Magazine Loaders

An optional accessory for the UpLULA™ and 22UpLULA® loaders. It assists in loading single-stack magazines by eliminating wobble in narrower magazines within the loader. It attaches to an existing loader and is used in conjunction with it; it is not a new loader. Sold separately from the loader.

When using single-stack magazines—whether .45 1911, 9mm single-stack, or .22LR—we strongly recommend using the 1911AI® Aligner Insert with UpLULA® or 22UpLULA® loaders. With this insert, single-stack magazines sit securely in the wide body of these loaders.

1911AI® inserts are packaged in pairs in a blister pack. The 1911AI® Aligner Insert is inserted into the loader’s ring and can then be “clicked” into place on the underside of the loader to narrow it when using single-stack magazines. It can be easily released when loading wide-body magazines.

Suitable for:

.45 caliber 1911 magazines (with the UpLULA® loader)

.40-caliber 1911 wide magazines (with the UpLULA® loader)

9mm single-stack magazines (with the UpLULA® loader)

.22LR-converted 1911 magazines (with the 22UpLULA® loader)

Note:

The 1911AI® is compatible with magazines less than 14.5 mm (0.57?) wide. Wider magazines will not fit.

For S&W Shield magazines, the 1911AI® with the UpLULA® loader is not required.

For Glock 42 magazines, the 1911AI® does not require the UpLULA® loader.
