CMMG AR-15 Plug-In System / Conversion Kit .223/.22 LR

With the .22lr AR Bravo Conversion Kit (drop-in system) from CMMG, you can convert your AR-15 to .22lr caliber. The big advantage is that you can train with very affordable ammunition while keeping your familiar configuration—stock, trigger, etc.—everything stays the same.

The conversion kit comes with German proof marks and is manufactured as a drop-in system. It fits any standard AR-15 (.223 / 5.56) without any further modification. For longer durability, all essential parts are made of stainless steel. This ensures wear-free operation. CMMG recommends using round-nose bullets for smooth feeding. We’ve personally had very good results with CCI Velocitor, CCI Mini Mag, and Federal HV Copper-Plated.

Did you know? By using slower subsonic ammunition, you can even check your trigger control to a certain extent. When using this ammunition, errors—such as pulling the trigger too hard or jerking—become visible in the shot pattern. The ammunition travels through the barrel so slowly that errors are literally visible.

Compatibility: Works with standard AR-15 systems featuring direct gas impingement. Not compatible with gas piston systems unless the piston has been removed. For use only in 5.56 NATO / .223 Rem AR-15 systems.

A firearm acquisition permit is required to purchase this weapon.
