FAST SAFE magazine holsters were developed specifically for shooters who, while on duty or in combat, place high demands on magazine security within the holster, speed when drawing the magazine from the holster, a low-profile design, and the absence of Velcro fasteners.

Our pouches are completely unique in terms of design and user experience. The magazine is secured in the holster primarily by a pair of flexible Kydex blocks inside the holster, which clamp onto the lower part of the magazine. The holster’s design is tailored so that these two blocks alone are sufficient to hold a full magazine in the holster in a position facing downward. Additionally, the holster is equipped with a removable flexi-flap that can be pulled from front to back. The flap serves as a secondary locking mechanism to secure the magazine in the holster. At the same time, it protects the magazine from mechanical damage during crawling and similar activities encountered in combat, where the undersides of magazines take a heavy beating. But the flap solves an awkward problem that other holsters cannot address. Thanks to its unique design, the flap on the FAST SAFE holster folds over to the front of the holster, so it does not interfere when drawing the magazine from the holster or inserting it back in.

If you want to have one or more open pouches on your vest without the flap, that’s no problem—the price includes a flexible rubber cord with a puller for each pouch, and once you remove the flap, you can easily convert the pouch into an open one for quick reloading.
