Double Alpha Academy Flex Holster Aluminum Assembly

The Flex Holster is made of aluminum that has been fully CNC-machined to ensure optimal rigidity and durability. It was specifically designed for use with 1.5-inch-wide competition belts and fits perfectly with DAA LYNX Premium belts.

The redesigned mounting system features a removable belt attachment that allows the user to detach the lower half of the holster from the belt without losing the position settings—by removing a single screw. This is especially convenient when traveling.

An innovative feature of the Flex Holster is the integrated tilt mechanism in the suspension. This additional adjustment axis allows the lower half of the holster bracket to be positioned either vertically (as with the Alpha-X) or tilted forward or backward in incremental steps. This allows the user to individually adjust the contact between the thigh pad—included as standard with the Flex Holster—and the body to ensure maximum comfort based on body type and the holster’s position on the belt.

The ball joint’s adjustability and the rail’s height adjustment were directly carried over from the proven design of the Alpha-X holster. The large 18-mm ball joint with an M6 clamping screw allows for comprehensive adjustment of tilt and rise, and the dovetail rail on the side of the holster body provides easy height adjustment with a single screw for locking and unlocking.

The right-handed Flex Holster is available in four different anodized aluminum colors, including black, blue, red, and titanium gray. Left-handed holsters are available exclusively in black.

For additional personalization, there are eight different colored inlays to choose from.

A Flex holster blank (without insert block) includes:

A fully assembled Flex aluminum holster, including a polymer thigh pad.

An EVA case, ideal for later use as a tool or cleaning kit box.

A complete set of tools, including a large T-handle with a 5 mm hex socket, long hex wrenches: 2.5/3/4 mm, and a short screwdriver with a dual T20 Torx and 2 mm hex bit.
