The Double Alpha Academy Alpha-X Holster Aluminum Assembly, without an insert block or liner, is a meticulously crafted and precisely engineered holster designed for competitive shooting. Made from CNC-machined aluminum, this assembly prioritizes rigidity and durability. It is specifically designed for use with 1.5-inch-wide competition belts and pairs seamlessly with DAA LYNX Premium belts.

The holster features an updated suspension system, including a removable belt hanger that allows the user to detach the lower portion of the holster from the belt while retaining all position adjustments by removing a single screw. This feature proves particularly advantageous for transport and travel.

A notable innovation in the Alpha-X Holster aluminum mount is the integrated tilt capability within the suspension system. This additional adjustment axis allows users to position the lower part of the holster either vertically (similar to the Alpha-X) or to tilt it gradually forward or backward. This flexibility allows users to adjust the contact between the thigh pad (included as standard) inside the Flex Holster and the body, ensuring maximum comfort based on body shape and the holster’s position on the belt.

The proven design of the Alpha-X holster contributes to the ball joint’s adjustability and the rail’s height adjustment. The large 18-mm ball joint with an M6 clamping screw offers comprehensive adjustability for tilt and rise, with a secure locking mechanism. Front access makes it easy to set up and adjust the holster while wearing it on the body.

A dovetail rail is integrated into the holster body, offering a wide range of height adjustments with a single screw for locking and unlocking.

The Alpha-X Holster aluminum mount for right-handers is available in four different anodized aluminum colors: black, blue, red, and titanium gray. Left-hand holsters are available exclusively in black.

For additional customization, users can choose from eight different colored inserts.
