The DAA magnetic cover is a practical and very attractive addition to your rig!

This cover is designed to fit perfectly over the 48 mm DAA magnets. It’s made of durable, rubber-coated nylon and features a laser-cut DAA logo made of stainless steel (430).

The logo itself is what holds the cover securely in place—since it’s made of magnetic stainless steel, it’s attracted to the magnet.

Most serious shooters carry one of these large magnets on their belt because they’re real time-savers at pick-up stages. But let’s be honest—these magnets can be a nuisance because they pick up steel debris that sticks to your car’s interior or to metal cabinets.

That’s now a thing of the past!

This cover doesn’t completely eliminate the magnetic attraction, but it reduces it enough that it’s no longer a problem.

The magnetic force through the cover is still just strong enough to hold a magazine during loading or unloading, but not strong enough to be relied upon during operation.

So leave the cover on until the point where you need the magnet to pick something up. Then simply remove the cover just before that point and put it in your pocket until you’re done.
