Nub Mod "SLS"

SLS NUB MOD®

The SLS NUB MOD® is required for users of Level III Safariland® holsters with an ALS® lever and SLS cover. It also works with standard ALS® holsters (Level I), particularly for individuals with larger waist sizes, to allow for smoother contact between the body and the ALS Nub Mod.

?? Function: When you press down on the SLS cover with your thumb, your thumb automatically lands on the NUB MOD®, which releases the firearm and facilitates the draw.

?? Important update for 7TS holsters:

In 2020, Safariland widened the ALS levers on 7TS holsters.

If your lever has 3 ridges on the outside, you MUST file it down, as shown in the last picture, so that the Nub Mod fits.

7TS RDS holsters have an even wider lever—for these, there is a special adhesive version available: the 7TS RDS NUB MOD.
