A weight reduction of over 25% compared to currently used NVG mounts: The SUMMIT Three-Hole Shroud offers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio.
It secures night vision electro-optics, lights, cameras, and other accessories with a proven, stable, and reliable fit. Thanks to its overmolded unibody construction, the SUMMIT mount is extremely rugged even in the most demanding environments. It features a high-impact-resistant polymer mount and a firmly integrated, overmolded stainless steel insert.
It is compatible for retrofitting helmets from ArmorSource, Avon Protection, Ceradyne, Busch PROtective, Galvion, MTEK, Ops-Core, and many other international manufacturers that use the standard three-hole drilling pattern.
The optional SUMMIT Retention Lanyard (sold separately) provides additional security for night vision goggles attached to the SUMMIT mount in case the NVG becomes detached.
